Delivery Policy

Delivery

Below is Our Delivery Policy, which forms part of Our Terms and Conditions. Links to Our Terms and Conditions and other Policies are provided at the bottom of this page.

We will despatch Your order once We are in receipt of cleared funds (for the full outstanding amount) for the Product(s) ordered, and subject to stock availability.

Postage and Packaging Costs

For orders totalling £100.00 or less, postage and packaging will be charged at £8.00 per order;
For orders totalling between £100.01 and £250.00, postage and packaging will be charged at £5.00 per order; and
For orders totalling over £250.00, postage and packaging will be FREE

Delivery Times

Mainland UK

We aim to deliver all orders in Mainland UK within 2 – 5 business days of receipt of order and payment, unless otherwise stated in the Product Information.

Orders will be posted recorded delivery, which will require a signature upon delivery.

Overseas

We delivery internationally, the delivery times vary depending on the country; please allow 3 – 7 business days for Europe and 4 - 14 business days worldwide, unless otherwise stated in the Product(s) Information.

Tracking references can be provided.

Please note: The description of some goods do state longer delivery periods, if in doubt check with us at gwenierocks@live.co.uk

Important

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been despatched

Delivery times are a guide only; they do not take account of possible delays caused by payment authorisation, customs clearance or Events Beyond Our Control, We therefore cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We reserve the right to withdrawal any of the delivery options at any time.

Product(s) currently not in stock

You should refer to the Product Information for amendments to delivery times; this will be when Product(s) are currently not in stock, but there is the option to pre order or goods may be sold out, (sometimes there is the possibility we can reorder).

Pre Order – Our Website provides the opportunity to pre order Product(s), by paying a deposit or in full less a discount for advance payment. The Product Information will give an indication of the time the Product(s) will be available for delivery, subject to payment of any outstanding amounts prior to delivery.

Sold Out – Sometimes Product(s) that are marked as sold out on Our Website may still be available by special order, subject to availability from Our suppliers. You should contact Us at gwenierocks@live.co.uk should You wish to place a special order.

Overseas Delivery

Delivery charges - We reserve the right to contact You and charge additional delivery charges (with notice to You) should the cost of delivery be excessive of those charges quoted above. You will be given the option to cancel Your order if You no longer wish to purchase the Product(s) as a result of the delivery charges.

Taxes & Duties– All Product(s) are priced in £ sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT (Currently at 20%). Please note that any overseas orders may be subject to further taxes and duties (customs, excise and import), and are the responsibility of the Purchaser and Recipient. These charges will vary from country to country and are out of Our control.

We cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any Product(s) ordered, or charge any duty on such Product(s). The Purchaser and Recipient are responsible for paying any duty.

Messages and Gift Wrapping

Please email Us at gwenierocks@live.co.uk immediately after placing Your order, with details of Your order, and the message You wish to enclose with the order (English only). Please note We reserve the right not to enclose any message should We deem the request to be offence or unlawful in any way.

Acceptance of Our Policies and Terms and Conditions

By using this Website You consent to Our Delivery Policy and Our Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree to this policy, You should stop using the Website immediately. We reserve the right to make changes to the policy without prior notice to You, and Your continued use signifies Your acceptance of any changes.

In order to ensure your delivery is made before Sunday 25th December 2011, please read these key dates for your last orders and Christmas delivery;

Friday 9th December 2011 to the Middle East, Russia, USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world
Wednesday 14th December 2011 to Europe
Wednesday 21st December 2011 to UK

Gift Vouchers

Sunday 25th December 2011 as you can opt for the option whereby you print them yourself.
