Returns Policy

Below is Our Returns Policy, which forms part of Our Terms and Conditions. Links to Our Terms and Conditions and other Policies are provided at the bottom of this page.

This Refund Policy is for Product(s) purchased on this Website, by email or over the telephone.

We offer a refund or exchange for unwanted Product(s) in accordance with
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

The Product(s) You return / exchange must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition, unused, unworn and unwashed, with all tags/labels still attached. There should be no marks on the Product(s) or the tags.

We will consider the condition of Product(s) when returned, when making a refund or exchange.

Although Your statutory rights will not be affected, We may not be able to exchange or refund Products voluntarily without the original packaging, tags must be on garments and hygenie strips in swimwear and lingerie.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied Product(s), the following items may not be returned/exchanged;

  • Special orders
  • Event tickets


For reasons of hygenie the following items may not be returned/exchanged;

  • Pierced jewellery
  • Millinery and hair accessories
  • Cosmetics, personal grooming, fragrances, and other toiletries


Refunds will be for the amount paid. When returning Product(s) on which You have received a discount or promotional offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply if You fall below the discount or offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. In addition any free gifts may also have to be returned if You no longer meet the requirements of the promotion.

How to Return or Exchange Product(s)

You will need to contact Gwenie Rocks at gwenierocks@live.co.uk leaving a message for a member of Our team, within the 7 days of receipt for a Returns Form. You will receive acknowledgement of your request within 48 hours.

Gwenie Rocks will provide a Returns Form for You to Complete and return with the Product(s).

Please pack the Product(s) in suitable packaging for posting to prevent damage, enclosing the Returns Form and Despatch Note to the address provided on the Returns Form.

We strongly recommend that You obtain proof of posting and that You use registered post, recorded delivery or other secure method of delivery. We will only refund the Purchasers card once We have received the Product(s) and We regret that We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned Product(s).

Please note We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging unless the Product(s) are deemed to be faulty, equally any return costs (postage and packaging) will not be reimbursed.

If you notify Us of Your intention to exchange / return Product(s), but do not return the Product(s) to Us as instructed above, We reserve the right to not to refund / exchange the Product(s).

Our Terms and Conditions including Our Returns Policy does not affect Your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, nor does it affect your rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
