Orders can be placed online through the Website, by email or by telephone, leaving a message for a member of Our team to contact You.

Online Shopping – Product Description (including images) have been carefully put together to give a true and fair representation of each product. Whilst the images show the Product(s) and there colour, there may be a slight variation in the actual goods in terms of colour, although images provided are a close representation. As a result, We are unable to guarantee that the Product(s) images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

Once an item is sold out it shall be removed from the Website at the earliest opportunity, other Product(s) may remain on the Website when there is the opportunity for Us to receive more stock, for You to view, to order these Product(s) You will need to contact Gwenie Rocks.

Submitting an order – You can place an order in one of three ways, either online, by emailing gwenierocks@live.co.uk leaving a message for a member of Our team.

Submitting an order online through this Website, by email or telephone, You represent and warrant that the payment details provided by You on Your order are Yours and are valid and correct, and that when Your order is accepted and processed by Us, through Paypal, payment will be made in full and that You also agree to the terms of Paypal.

By placing an order You confirm that You are the person referred to in the Billing details.

We cannot be held liable for any loss You may incur / suffer as a result of a third party gains unauthorised access to any data You provide, in the absence of negligence by Us.

Order Acceptance – All orders placed are subject to Order Acceptance; Non acceptance of an order may be due to;

• Product Availability – the Product in the desired size or colour may not be available;
• Payment is not authorised by Us or Paypal;
• Product Description or pricing error;
• Non agreement to Terms and Conditions

Steps taken for an Online Order are as follows;

• You place the order for Your Product(s) on the Website by clicking on the Add to Cart button(s), and then Place Order button. You will be guided through to Paypal for the payment process;

• Our acceptance of Your order will only take place upon despatch of the ordered Product(s). The completion of the contract between You and Us will also take place when Your order is despatched, unless the order has been cancelled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions below;
• Your order will despatched according as per Our Delivery Policy, a link is provided below.

Steps taken for an Order by email or telephone are as follows;

• You place the order by emailing gwenierocks@live.co.uk, or telephoning Gwenie Rocks with the details of Product(s) You would like to order, together with the delivery details.
• After placing Your order with Us, an email will be forwarded to You (within 2 business days) acknowledging Your order, confirming availability and price, together with a copy of Our Terms and Conditions. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Us. Should You not receive this acknowledgement within 2 business days please contact Us at gwenierocks@live.co.uk ;
• If You are placing an order by telephone and You do not have an email address We will send a written order acknowledgement letter to Your billing address through the post if desired, otherwise You will be given a customer reference number, as an order acknowledgement. These are not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Us.
• Please do not send Us payment information using email, as We cannot guarantee the security of data which You send Us by email. Payments will be processed over the telephone. Receipt of Your payment details by Us is deemed acceptance of the order and agreement to Our Terms and Conditions;
• Shortly after payment for Your order with Us, an email will be forwarded to You acknowledging Your order and payment. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Us. • Our acceptance of Your order will only take place upon despatch of the ordered Product(s). The completion of the contract between You and Us will also take place when Your order is despatched, unless the order has been cancelled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions below;

Cancellation or Amendment of an Order – You have the right to cancel an order placed with Us, should You wish to cancel an order please contact Gwenie Rocks immediately by telephone or emailing Us at gwenierocks@live.co.uk, forwarding your acknowledgement email stating which Product(s) You wish to cancel or amend.

Refunds and cancellations can only be requested by the Purchaser.

It may not always be possible to cancel or amend an order prior to despatch. If Your order has already been despatched You will need to return the goods, in accordance with Our Returns Policy. You will have 7 days from the date of delivery to do so.

Please note that Your right to return goods does not apply to certain Product(s)

5) Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Maestro, and Mastercard.

We only accept payment for order in £ sterling.

All card payments are processed through Paypal, and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Paypal.

We cannot be held liable for any loss You may incur / suffer as a result of a third party gains unauthorised access to any data You provide (personal and / or transactional information), in the absence of negligence by Us.

All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rates. The total cost of Your order is the price of the Product(s) ordered and delivery charges as set out on the Website.

Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

We try to ensure all Our prices on Our Website are correct. However errors may occur, if We discover an pricing error of a product that You have ordered We will contact You as soon as possible. You will then have the choice to cancel Your order in respect of the incorrectly priced Product, or reconfirm Your order at the correct price.

6) Returns

You have the right to return goods purchased from Us, within 7 business days of receipt of the Product(s). We cannot accept returns after this period. Once We receive the Product(s) the Purchaser will be refunded.

Should Gwenie Rocks delay or fail to comply with the obligations it has set in these Terms and Conditions as a result of any Event Beyond Our Control, Gwenie Rocks will not be responsible to You.

If We take no action against You for any breach of the Terms and Conditions, We do not waiver Our rights, and may take action in future for the breach or any preceding or succeeding breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Rights Of Third Parties Act 1999 is expressly excluded, and it is agreed that no third party shall be allowed to enforce the Terms and Conditions for any Contract between You and Us.

As detailed above in the Terms and Conditions We may change them at any time, without prior notice to You. Should any of these Terms and Conditions be are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable and have full effect.

The Terms and Conditions and any Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England. As a result, We and You submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
